Guests can also use a paved portico to the side of the house with wrought-iron benches for pleasant relaxing moments. There is also a stonework barbecue in a corner of the garden, perfect for outdoor lunches. Parking within the property.Interior Villa Donatella dates back to 1629 and was originally a farmers house with stables on the ground floor, until the late 90s when the owners restructured the property, whilst maintaining most of the original cotto tile/Firenzuola pietra serena, wood beams and the original stone sink. The bedrooms have a antique, farm style typical of the late 1800s. The house is on two floors. The ground floor has two large living rooms with satellite TV, sofas and armchairs, divided by stone arches, with two fireplaces, one of which is very large and includes a wood-burning stove. Next to this, guests will find the dining room, a reading room, a table football room, the large, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. Also on the ground floor, with also outdoor access, there is a bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower (via a small staircase). On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a canopy bed and bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms each with two beds and 2 double bedrooms which share the remaining 3 bathrooms with shower, at the end of the corridor.
