Great place to stay with kids

Our family stayed on a disney trip and had a room in building 2- at the far back next to the garden pool. they have two water areas. at the front is the kids' water park and hot tub and at the back is a regular pool that was much more relaxed and quiet. this pool was definitely salt water, not chlorinated, which i really appreciate (not sure about water park). walk to park isn't super short after a long day, but it's reasonable, and they do offer bus service for a fee. room size seemed to vary a lot by building as you can see they buildings are very different ages, sizes, and architectural styles. our room was big and had a nice garden terrace looking out at the pool, but we didn't have any noise problems. i like the micro/fridge/keurig set up. room was very clean, including the carpeting. linens were modern with crisp white sheets and a nice thin coverlet (not a nasty old polyester bedspread) that was warm but not heavy. parking was free and no hidden resort fee. this is on the nicer end of moderate priced family lodging and if you have kids be prepared to have to drag them away from the water park- or better yet, get your money's worthy by skipping the parks one day and just enjoying a quiet day at the hotel. i would recommend this hotel, but if you don't have kids you can find a room as nice for a lower price but without the water park.
