Dieses hotel ist meine top destination in düsseldorf. habe jedoch noch nie ein "richtig schönes" zimmer mit toller aussicht erhalten, wenn ich einen günstigen anbieter beim buchen genutzt habe. die gibt es anscheinend nur bei direktbuchung oder teuren anbietern. habe mich auf einen entspannten abend in der sauna gefreut, die war leider defekt. das frühstück ist top, aber übersichtlich.

Lovely modern hotel, where service was great, reception at times was staffed with friendly very helpful individuals who always smiled. it was a pleasure to be welcomed by them. the rooms were clean, comfortable, but they were made up very late the next day and they forgot to give us fresh towels, left the dirty cups in the room.
