Week-end bien agréable

La première impression fut bonne et se confirma tout au long du séjour: les parties communes sont bien décorées, plafonds hauts, meubles style antiquités asiatiques, réceptionniste charmante parlant même français. la chambre est bien équipée, la literie excellente, mini-bar, thé, café etc... le petit déjeûner buffet est très bien garni, la salle agréable et le personnel attentif. le restaurant dans une cour intérieure propose des plats italiens excellents. nous étions en voiture, parquée facilement dans la rue et à 15 minutes du centre ville. a recommander, exellent rapport qualité/prix.

Great stay

Reception very courteous and quick, there was a mistake as they gave us a double bed instead of 2 single but they made up for it by giving us a junior suite. the 1st room was not so big, i think if it had been changed to a twin room it would have been a tight squeeze. the room was very clean. breakfast was very good and the choice was great, the breakfast room staff were very nice and smiley. the spa was nice although small, we wanted to use it on new years even before going out but it was full. the next day they gave us mono use bathing costumes (quiet funtional) and i used it, i was there alone at one point. they have teas, water and dried fruit there and its very relaxing. it did take a while on the tram but the trip was ok. your cant get the metro all the way there which is a shame. i usually stay near the station, i think i will be going back to my usual hotel just because of the position and its handy as i usually leave milan by train. over all i loved my stay and i think if i would go back maybe just to use the spa, it’s a nice extra.
