Daily housekeeping is not provided at this accommodation. Although daily cleaning of the rooms is not available, towel change and garbage removal is offered daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Notification of blasting: A condo project a block from the Rosewood Inn will have a blasting project. It will start March 4 and last 3 months, Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Blasts mats will be in place and seismographs will monitor the vibrations. A series of whistles will alert of the upcoming blasts. A USD 100.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in.
