Very disappointing
Extremely disappointing in my stay the hotel itself is fine if everything goes ok but in our case it didn’t go too well. we were woken in the early hours of the morning with very loud noise in the room beside us we waited for a while thinking the were getting ready to leave so when this didn’t happen i ask them to keep the noise down but unfortunately it continued. we contacted the receptionist twice asking for help to no avail. the following day i had a accident in the room injuring myself and phoned for ice and again to no avail after breakfast i spoke with the receptionist i received a very negative response about the noise and the ice so once again i requested some but still didn’t receive it. i then requested to speak with a manager and waited all day for to actually speak to someone. she was ver apologetic offering us a meal in the dining room. it seems to be a hotel for the more mature people like myself so it’s needs to consider this.
