The boutique hotel was built last century as a tobacco factory. It is the only example in Puglia of a former tobacco factory transformed into a design hotel. With 35 rooms in total, the air-conditioned hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, lift access and hairdressing salon. It also offers guests use of a cafÃ©, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services and a bicycle hire service.
It is located in the highest part of Gagliano, a little more than 1 km from the coast and 2 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, the extreme tip of Puglia Salento. Its strategic location is ideal for both the coast Adiratica know that the Ionian coast.
