THE INTERIOR The Living of Villa Nerano is composed of three large sections divided structurally but also ideally from the peninsula bar located in the center is the ideal place for lunches, dinners and after dinner. The first section of the large open-space is that of the living room, furnished with a long rectangular and elegant table. This living area ends by a garment with a kitchen equipped with the best appliances on the market, visible from the living area without being indiscreet. On the other end of the living area there is a comfortable lounge that gives on the terrace, furnished with designer armchairs and an additional round table, an ultra-flat television of the latest generation and a white Yamaha piano. The third section of the living room is the actual living room, equipped with three comfortable sofas that occupy three sides of the space, leaving free access to the bar. Nerade villa has 7 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Each bathroom is furnished with refined style, however, also thinking about comfort and functionality. To these 7 bathrooms are added 2 bathrooms. Finally, to further embellish Villa Nerano, an outdoor Jacuzzi and 2 Teuco hot tubs were installed. With 7 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathroom and king-size double beds, satellite TV, mini fridge and safe, the sleeping area of Villa Nerano is not missing anything and is incredibly comfortable. Each room is furnished with style, elegance and foresight in the details. The covered veranda, on the other hand, is designed as an area of conviviality. To underline this function there is the large brick barbecue and a nice glass and iron table. Finally, do not forget the wood oven to prepare tasty pizzas! The pool area is incredible. Not only can you swim comfortably in this oval and modern pool, but you can also take advantage of the spacious terrace-solarium equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and outdoor showers. The swimming pool, in oval form measures 5x8 meters and is open from April to the end of October. Finally, to complete the property of Villa Nerano there are 2 comfortable and spacious parking spaces. You will reach the Villa from the car park going up seven small steps.
Location
The Villa is located in Nerano, in the Sorrento Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast side. This is a magical place, dreamlike, made of panoramic roads, rocky and verdant cliffs overlooking the sea, hills cultivated with lemons and wild Mediterranean scrub, villages rich in history, culture, colors. There are those who have compared the Amalfi Coast to a balcony overlooking the sea. And in fact this is the idea that you have if you are guests of Villa Nerano: the gentle plateau on which the Villa is located overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and its coast offering a breathtaking view The beach is only 300 m from the villa.
