THE VILLA THE GROUND FLOOR THE LIVING ROOM has one of the walls made in solid rock, very characteristic. It features a nice fireplace (decorative), a table with chairs for six people and a sofa. THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, the moka, the kettle and other small appliances. You will reach the kitchen from the living room. THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half bathroom. It is equipped with the WC, the washbasin and the washing machine. You will reach the bathroom from the kitchen or from the terrace. THE FIRST FLOOR (you will reach the first floor through an internal staircase of 15 small stairs) THE FIRST BEDROOM has two twin beds. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating unit. From the bedroom, you will access the balcony with a stunning view over the sea and Capri Island. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway. THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating unit. From the bedroom, you will access the balcony with a stunning view over the sea and Capri Island. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway. THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a shower enclose, the washbasin, the bidet and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

The villa is located at 1 km from the center of the village where you will find restaurants, a grocery shop, a bar and the SITA bus stop that goes to Sorrento.
