##Description **Villa San Filippo Residence** is a historic residence located on Strada delle Ginestre, on the lovely hills of the Chianti region, in San Filippo, just 2 km from Barberino Val D’Elsa town centre. The current architecture is the result of building expansion works of the residence of an aristocratic Florentine family dating back to the sixteenth century. In the following centuries it has been restored by the Baroncelli and the Costagli families. The building is symmetrical and has a twin shape. The complex includes a lobby, a reception, an elevator, a bar, a breakfast room and small meeting rooms accommodating up to 35 people. There are also a lush and lovely garden and three panoramic pools, with seasonal opening. The large panoramic terrace is the perfect place to celebrate events and ceremonies.
