##Description **Villa San Filippo** is a historic house located in Strada delle Ginestre, on the lovely hills of the Chianti region, in San Filippo, just 2 km from Barberino Val D’Elsa town centre, halfway between Florence and Siena and about 20 km from San Gimignano, a town known for its medieval towers. Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport can be reached in about 50 minutes by car. This luxurious house is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The current architecture is the result of building expansion works of the residence of an aristocratic Florentine family dating back to the sixteenth century. In the following centuries it has been restored by the Baroncelli and the Costagli families. The building is symmetrical and has a twin shape. The complex includes a lobby, a reception, an elevator, a bar, a breakfast room and small meeting rooms accommodating up to 35 people. There are also a lush and lovely garden and three panoramic pools, with seasonal opening. The large panoramic terrace is the perfect place to celebrate events and ceremonies. The use of the private car park and garage is included in the price. All rooms, with furnishings and decorations recalling the Tuscan tradition of the early eighteenth century, have bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, TV, mini bar, a safe (on request) and air conditioning.
