When I saw the price on Hotels Click for this hotel I was worried it was too good to be true & called the hotel to see if they could match it, which they couldn't. So I booked with Hotels Click & was very happy I did - it was much cheaper than all other quotes I could get & I had no problems whatsoever.
The hotel is lovely & has everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff were all absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful & professional. The location is perfect. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable & was turned down every evening. The mints on the pillow uniquely had pictures of the staff on them doing funny things - like one with the chef holding asparagus over his head! There were pictures like this everywhere, which was a bit strange, but made me laugh. There was a nice (but small) pool, sauna, spa, gym. The gym provided free bottles of water at every machine & towels etc.
My only small complaints were that there were not enough towels provided (just 2 large bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths, no small towels for your hair etc) & the pool was too small.
