The whole hotel was discusting. Bad service. It looked like it never had been cleaned. The elevator was out of order, and had been out of order for a couple of weeks. We checked out after one night, because we found the hotel discusting. So we are never coming back there ever.

Le note positive sono che la posizione è ottima, facile da raggiungere con la metro e con gli autobus, anche i notturni; ma l'albergo aveva l'ascensore rotto, abbiamo dovuto fare 6 piani a piedi con le valigie, e in più la camera era un vero buco, non ci si poteva stare in piedi, per non parlare del bagno, a dir poco inesistente; ho come l'impressione di aver ricevuto una camera di servizio più che una camera d'albergo.

it was our second time in the hotel, so we knew how the hotel was. Everything was OK except the fact that the lift wasn´'t working and our room was on the 5th floor (god...). The second thing i didn´t like very much was the breakfast. i missed some croissants or chocolate. anyway, if i go to london again, i know in wich hotel i'm staying again.

Discreto albergo..spartano..stanze piccole e poco confortevoli, ascensore guasto, mochette piena di macchie secolari, scale strettissime e abbastanza "disordinate"..ma in compenso l'albergo si trova in una zona centrale di Londra..direi OTTIMALE..a pochi passi dalle stazioni della "Underground" Bayswater e Queensway, nonchè a 50 mt da Hyde Park..e considerando che ci ho passato solamente la notte ed tra i più bassi..è andato sicuramente bene..lo sceglierei nuovamente per la mia prossima visita alla bellissima città di Londra.

L'albergo è in una posizione abbastanza centrale di Londra. La metropolitana è vicissima all'albergo e in pochi minuti puoi raggiungere il centro di Londra. inoltre difronte all'albergo c'è un bellissimo parco dove puoi fare piacevole passaggiate.

Eccomi a scrivere la reensione per l'hotel in cui ho trascorso 7 notti nella città più bella del mondo!L'hotel è in posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalle fermate Bayswater e Queensway, nonchè a 50 mt da Hyde Park...per quanto riguarda la struttura nello specifico, si tratta di un hotel un pò spartano (ascensore guasto da secoli,scale un pò zozze, moquette MAI cambiata con makkie terrificanti, bagni stravecchi...)ma tutto sommato considerando gli standard di Londra, se nn avete grandi pretese, considerando che dovreste passarci solo la notte in coma dopo le sfacchinate giornaliere, beh secondo me va più che bene considerato il prezzo!Alla reception sono molto gentili, nonchè disponibili.La colazione è anch'essa un pò povera : latte, succo d'arancia, pane e marmellata in 3 gusti...a dire il vero considerata la nostra golosità e la vicinanza allo Starbucks (e a tutto :KFC,MC DONALD,BURGER KING, TESCO, SPAR, MARCS & SPENCER...)ed ai suoi mega muffin transgenici e la sua caffetteria, alla colazione dell'hotel non abbiamo concesso neanche una chance, ma è stata nostra scelta!A mio parere, nonostante lo choc iniziale per abituarsi al quella terribile moquette e a un pokino di vecchiume, questo hotel lo sceglierei di nuovo tornando a Londra...ma soprattutto fidatevi: la posizione è eccezionale e tranquilla!

Staff very helpful and really went out of their way. Location superb one block from Hyde Park. You can feel safe in this neighborhood (my third stay in Bayswater). I would go to the An-Nur again if they can replace the terribly stained carpeting throughout, replace the double bed which is sagging to one side and is very very uncomfortable(triple room's double bed had this problem although the other guests in our party had comfortable beds. Relatively inexpensive fixes would really improve the place. Paint the entire interior, replace ALL carpeting, get a hotel-sized carafe to store the coffee in so it stays hot and fresh.

The tub which housed the shower was really gross, sheer curtain was so dirty, double bed terribly uncomfortable on the one side.

The hotel was basic, room and en-suite very small but adequate for one night stay - any longer and it would have been opressive. Bed reasonably comfortable but only one pillow each, and as it was a double and up against the wall, difficult to get in and out of for person next to wall. En-suite also cramped but shower very good. Breakfast was very basic - white & brown bread, 3 cereals, orange juice, coffe, tea, jam & marmalade. Fresh fruit or yoghurts as options would heve been nice & full English at extra charge not available.

Es bastante cuchitril, una habitación enana, vieja y poco cuidada. El desayuno bastante cutre, estuvimos dos noches y el segundo día preferimos no bajar a desayunar esas míseras tostadas y preferimos irnos a comprar cualquier cosa. Des de la calle la imagen del hotel parece mucho mejor. Aún así, y por el precio que van los hoteles de Londres, para estar un par de días y sólo ir a dormir está bien. Además tienes la parada de Queensway a 3 minutos y la de Bayswater a 5. Buena comunicacion y zona con restaurantes, bares y tiendas. A lo mejor una cosa compensa con la otra.

Considerando il prezzo abbastanza basso e la posizione a pochi passi dalla metropolitana nel bel quartiere di Notting Hill, il mio giudizio è positivo.
Vanno comunque considerati alcuni aspetti negativi: - la doppia è piuttosto piccola, non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per l'armadio ed i vestiti bisogna tenerli in valigia - l'albergo è molto rumoroso: gli infissi fanno ridere, le pareti sono di carta velina e l'ascensore avrebbe bisogno di una sgrassatina (quando è in movimento sembra che stiano suonando i bonghi!)...se uno ha il sonno leggero la notte è difficile dormire.... - la moquette è molto usurata, sembra che per anni ci abbiano spento le cicche di sigarette...il colore rosso è diventato indefinibile - per colazione o latte e cereali o fette biscottate con marmellata...STOP - sulle mia coperta c'era una bruciatura di sigaretta... |

Excellent location and friendly staff. Looks very nice from the outside. Was disappointed with size of bedroom.It was really a single room but it had an extra single bed placed in there just to fulfill the description Twin Room.
Luckily I was on my own; can't imagine what it would be like with a second person sharing such a tight space; it was a squeeze just to find place for my one medium-sized suitcase. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms but they are available in the breakfast room which is at you disposal at any time. The continental breakfast is also a bit disappointing consisting of just 2 cereals, white sliced bread/rolls, jam/marmalade, tea/coffee and orange juice and with the option of making your own toast (toaster provided). Every aspect of the breakfast is self-service. This was my second time to stay here; had a slightly larger room back in July. Returning to London in March. Might search for somewhere more comfortable. |

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, der Frühstücksraum ist hübsch, die Lage ist ideal,man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn.Das Zimmer war zwar hübsch, aber die Matratzen waren furchtbar,das Telefon kaputt,die Toilettenspülung war nicht in Ordnung,das Frühstück war extrem einfach,und leider konnte man auch nichts dazu bestellen, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung.
