Ok hotel, good location

We had not a very good experience as we arrived at the hotel. there were something wrong about the information from hotelsclicks to the hotel, and we were met with “this is not the hotel’s problem, this is yours”. they had only two singelrooms, and we had ordered two twinrooms for four people. we were standing there with two children late at night. instead of finding out of it, the respetionsist was not very nice. not a good meeting with the hotel… after a long time they fixed it, but wanted us to pay extra for it. the hotel is old fashion. the location is very god! the breakfast is not very good. the room has no air-condition and no refrigerator/minibar.

Hotel wyspianski, krakow

This hotel is very clean and modern at affordable prices. its location in the centre of krakow couldn't be more convenient. only 10 mins walk from the rail station and 5 mins walk from the main square. the hotel breakfast leaves you spoilt for choice. the restaurant offers good affordable meals with a good and varied selection of food on offer. the portions are very generous. the prices in the bar and restaurant worked out no more expensive than other locals bars. guided tours are available from the hotel reception. overall a good clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Hotel locato in zona molto centrale a due passi dalla piazza principale. attenzione però che le camere standard non sono matrimoniali come indicato dal sito, ma sono due letti singoli in fila indiana in una cameretta davvero piccola. appena si arriva in hotel il personale infatti cerca subito di "appioppare" una vera camera doppia "classic" per 40 pln in più al giorno. il personale infine è davvero scortese e l'hotel sembra più adatto a comitive organizzate.

L' hotel occupa una ottima posizione abbastanza vicina al centro dela citta' vecchia alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus, la camera doppia che abbiamo prenotata era troppo piccola i due letti erano in fila "indiana " tanto era stretta la camera. la colazione buona ma il personale abbastanza scortese. la prima sera abbiamo cenato in hotel ,l'impressione era che gli facevamo un dispetto ,non l'abbiamo piu' fatto .
