Please do not stay at this hotel they are very overpriced and not worth the dramas, they charged me 2000baht apon arrival and departure. kitchen staff are rude , they even charge you weird prices for servicing you. swimming pool opening and closing times are poor, gym is disgusting not much equipment , carpet was dirty, air con very loud, construction work happening outside rooms are very small!!! do not catch taxi, bts very close and cheaper, location is good close to shops - terminal21 is a 3 min walk. find somewhere more worthy of your money!!
