Would never be worth the post "retail price"

The ac was inadequate during a week the temps were in the 90's and night time 80's. mold on the ceiling above the tub/shower. the coffee carafe was not the proper size to allow the coffee maker to work - it was too short to kick off the pressure drain on the bottom of the coffee / filter holder, so the coffee just sat that for a day, until i decided to dump the coffee and filter out and found this part full of brewed coffee a day or 2 late! the place smelled of wet dog. the toilet seat was loose. they touted wifi but non-members

Branson stay

Price attractive---room outdated and old---appears they were in a quality control situation with house keeping---it was fair at best. location was main plus.

Below average rooms. high pressure sales

Others in our party choose this hotel so we were obligated to stay. after check in, we were directed to another area to "complete check in" this person was connected to the timeshare part of the motel. he offered $75 and a free weekend stay. all we had to do was attend a "90 minute" presentation. 90 minutes turned into 2 1/2 hours of progressively rude sales people. we did finally get $75 and a voucher for a weekend stay at another place. upon reading the fine print on the voucher, it appears to be more trouble than it's worth and requires $50 to activate it. the room were small, smelled musty and the beds were very hard. it did not give you any confidence in a high level of cleanliness. the pool area was nice as well as play area. most people we talked to were staying there for a cheaper rate ( i think $59 for the weekend) if they attended the sales pitch. you can do much better for the price unless you want to waste time getting conned in a time share scheme. be warned.
