Excelente servicio.la comida muy variada y bien preparada.todo el personal muy profesional.puedo recomendar el paquete privilege que incluye otros servicios no ofertados en el paquete standard.un buen lugar para relajarse.excelente playa aun cuando fuimos ya en el mes d octubre y la atencion al turismo nacional tambien excelente.

Quedamos satisfechos con la reserva,el hotel muy bonito,limpio y acogedor. el servicio muy bueno,aunque tuvimos un percanse con la habitacion cuando llegamos,se soluciono el problema enseguida. es un hotel para descansar y realmente nos gusto mucho,encontramos la tranquilidad q buscabamos y pasamos unas lindas vacaciones. gracias hotelsclick por ayudarnos a escoger bien.

I spent 4 nights in this resort and overall the quality of the staying was good but the staff needs to improve in kindness and service level overall compared to the 5 stars level they show. the room was big but towels and bedding linens were not perfectly clean. they can also do better in the quality of the food and drinks too sweet and offered only with low-quality alcohol brands
