We stayed on this hotel / apartment february – march 2016 for the fourth time in 15 years. because we knew the hotel and had been there before, we asked to stay in the part of the hotel away from the noise irish pubs in the neighberhood. when we arrived, the management put us in that part of the hotel. next morning we moved to the quiet part as we had asked beforehand. but we had to pay extra 20 euros. why? the hotel has 4 swimmingpools. one of them should be warmed up during the wintertime. but that was not so. they were all cold. the sunbeds are old and no mattresses. so they are very uncomfortable. the staff are friendly ond polite. the hotel has only 2 stars / keys., so the guests cannot expect a 5 stars hotel. but the cleaning is very good, good beds and in our appartment there were blankets which was very good.
