Perfect

Ulises recoleta suites was the perfect hotel choice combining comfort and location — you”re staying across the street from the alvear palace hotel. the mini suite was a welcome refuge after busy days sightseeing and it was pleasant to stay in a safe, refined and relatively quiet area of the city with lively areas in close proximity. there is a bus stop right around the corner that goes downtown, a kiosk a few doors down, a subway station nearby, and some good restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. try el sanjuanino for empanadas and la rambla’s lomito sandwich. the staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. the beds were very comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower if that is important to you. the small boutique-style hotel offers has some nice touches including coffee in the lobby and a lending library. the staff will know you by name and offer assistance with any concierge services such as recommendations and airport transfer reservations. i would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
