I am sad to say that i am very disappointed with both hotels click and travel lodge’s customer service. the cost of the hotel was charged to my visa by hotels click on may 20th , however hotels click did not submit my payment information or the funds to travel lodge and therefore travel lodge decided to charge my visa card again on may 27th. hotels click did not submit my reservation to travel lodge and therefore travel lodge did not have any of my information about my reservation. when i arrived at the hotel on may 25th the hotel was fully booked. fortunately one of the guests cancelled their reservation and a room was provided to me. also, when i booked my hotel room with hotel click, it was for 3 double beds, however travel lodge does not have a room with 3 double beds. travel lodge assured me that they will not charge my credit card again since i already paid hotel click however they did charge it. i am extremly livid about this incident and i refuse to refer hotel click to anyone moving forward. i will file a formal report to the bbb about both travel lodge and hotel’s click. because of this, i had to dispute this with my visa card company. travel lodges hotel manager refuses to return any of my inquiries, despite the numerous times i have contacted them. please remove my information from your system, as i do not wish to no longer do business with you.
