Boutique hotel in a perfect location

You can't beat the location - central yet quiet. the interior design is nice too, so is the restaurant. the room was spacious though the windows overlook an internal walkway - not safe to have them open at night, also - noisy from people using the walkway. when i asked for ordinary teabags for the room, it took three times and the whole day before the staff were able to provide them. breakfast choice was uninspiring. clean towels in the room had a faint smoking smell.

Vacanza tranquilla

Hotel piccolo molto curato e pulito in una zona tranquilla ma centrale di praga. le camere accoglienti con arredamento moderno. l'hotel non merita comunque 5 stelle , in bagno c'e' lo stretto necessario bagno schiuma in "bustina" e contato quindi 1 bustina per ospite !! non c'e' nulla a parte la cuffia per la doccia e due bicchieri di plastica. nelle camere de-luxe danno invece accappatoio e ciabatte nelle altre no . colazione discreta.personale cordiale condiderando il prezzo pagato il commento e' positivo ma se avessimo pagato quello che normalmente costa no.

Delightful stay in prague - highly recommend "at the three storks" hotel

Definitely a 4 1/2- 5 star star hotel. wonderful location- knowledgeable and friendly staff--- very good to speak english. our room was spacious and very tastefully decorated---- top grades for cleanliness. charles bridge and prague castle just a few blocks away. very safe area at night- we were first going to stay at their sister hotel- "the red lion" but so glad we did not. on our return trip to the airport the taxi driver went up this very steep hill and the "red lion hotel" was at the very top. we are very fit(just 50) but i couldn't imagine if we were that far away - just seemed too far away and the walk for some people would be exhausting. the three storks was amazing - we are from canada and we would compare it to a 4 1/2 star here in canada. highly recommend!

Nice hotel but overated

Recently refurbished and renamed hotel in a part of the city ideal for the tourist in the shadow of the castle. our first room suffered from a bad drain smell but the staff were happy to move us to another room which was excellent. by british standards, the hotel was probably not 5* but 4*. happy to recommend.
