Booked this hotel because it included a "hot breakfast", this was false advertising, the receptionist said there would never be hot breakfast as the chef is off on the weekends, this is very strange, could someone else have not worked, we were booked in for a few months the hotel should have know they were having guests. never come across a story like this before. if the hotel had emailed to say no hot buffet we would have booked somewhere else as we had a long journey ahead. also the hotel is less than 3k from airport but taxi ride cost €20, again no shuttle bus at weekends. i think the hotel should close on weekends or get staff to offer full service.
