This is an outstanding hotel which fulfills international 5 stars standards. everthing is as you expect. so i would recommend this hotel to my friends and my colleagues for business 100%. the only small problem was at the checkin, due to the mismatch between the services included in the reservation declared by hotelsclick (third bed) and expected from the hotel (no references in their copy to the third bed). the desk reacted oddly to this. i was asked to show my voucher (i could not print from my holiday location) and i asked a printer. initially they said that this was not available. only after 15 minutes of useless attempts to open the voucher from my mobile phone, they suggested to use their business center so i could solve in 30 seconds. the desk immediately accepted my voucher with the third bed included, and offered a nice room upgrade to excuse the relatively long time waste.
