Dirty place , customer service horrible. i upgrade my room got a smaller room. manager was rude with a nasty attitude plus room key didn't work. overall this hotel ****. a cheap mothel probably will be better than this place.

the hotel looks great from the outside. the room was very good however my only gripe was that there was no tea coffee facilities in the room. the cleanliness in the rooms was very good and well maintained. good casino and good view from the top.

Big hotel with great facilities at the end of the strip. rooms are big enough for two and kept clean. it is no matter what do you need from the front desk you will always need to wait. check in was suprisingly difficult, despite of that we had a hotel voucher in hand with all personal information and reservation info. (for some reason the recepcionist found it easier to make me spell 3 times my last name than taking a look into that piece of paper.)

Stayed h st the hotel for two nights. rooms were great and the quality of the the hotel is far better than other 3 star places i have stayed in vegas. people moan about the where it is at the far end of the strip but i quite like that as the traffic is not so bad when you drive in and out.
