Great hotel

Positive: - very central location, near from bus/underground's stop - nice and modern room… very clean! - wi-fi + international calls for free - general manager is kind and available at the front desk during the day - professional and pro-active employees - great hotel's pub negative - complementary breakfast it's poor and absolutely insufficient for international hotel standards, i.e. no "espresso coffee" available, no fresh orange juice, no sparkling water, no real choice and no buffet. it's complementary, however it should to be improved. generally speaking it was a very great hotel experience and i strongly recommend this hotel, great value for money (price/quality) and great service.

What a gem!

This hotel is probably the best place i have ever stayed. not because the room was nice and the breakfast scrumptious, which they were, but because the staff was outstanding. my husband and i arrived after our cruise on which my husband's back went out to the point where he could barely walk. the 2 gentlemen at the desk were very busy with people running in and out, a child with a scraped knee,etc. and they handled everything including giving my husband an ice pack for his back, with courtesy and professionalism, without showing the least bit of irritation. subsequently we observed all of the staff to be of a similar caliber! due to our predicament we were limited to where we could go to eat so ate in the hotel's pub which also had great service and delicious food!

Great stay!

This is a great hotel in the heart of vancouver. within walking distance to gas town, bc place and tons of great restaurants. the hotel itself is nice, with very friendly, accommodating staff. free breakfast (not just continental), umbrellas to use, beautiful building with great security too!

Short break in vancouverfter

My wife and i stayed in the st regis hotel recently after completing a cruise to alaska, we thought it to be a super little hotel, lovely clean room, excelent breakfast, it has its own large bar adjoining the hotel where you can get a nice bar meal, there is also a very nice restaurant.

A wonderfull hotel in a great place

Enjoyed the reception. wonderfull attitude. very helpfull great location. close to the center but not too much. nice and clean room with enough space but lucking frig. good breakfast with full service. poor quality of wifi in the room. recommended

Great location great service

We stayed here 3 nights in july. the hotel is literally half a block from the airport skytrain and is perfectly located for all the things a tourist might want to do in vancouver . nice room, and they changed us to a quieter one without hesitation - we are ok with traffic noise, not with aircon drone. breakfasts were outstanding and throughout our stay the service was first class - friendly, helpful, considerate. we didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good. the room cost was very reasonable for the quality and location of this hotel.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes hotel

Zentraler als in diesem hotel kann man in downtown vancouver kaum liegen. 2 min bis zum pacific center, 5 min bis zur robson street. ich habe zimmer 101 bekommen, dass vor ca. einem jahr neu renoviert worden ist. der blick aus dem fenster war zwar durch eine mauer verbaut, dafür war es sehr ruhig. ansonsten war das zimmer sehr modern und toll eingerichtet. das frühstück war inclusive und ok. wer einen städtetrip nach vancouver plant, wird mit diesem hotel sehr zufrieden sein. natürlich gibt es keinen wellnessbereich oder pool, dafür ist es zentral, modern und sauber.

Excellent stay

I would recommend this hotel, i could not fault it. the reception was excellent even when we arrived at 2am, the bed is ultra comfortable and the room is new with modern furnishings and very clean. breakfast was included and there was a good selection. the quality of the food was also excellent. the location was great, it was only a walk away from everything and right next to the subway.
