Stayed at this hotel with our friends last weekend. we had one of the two bedroomed apartments and it was like home from home. there was everything you needed to stay away from home including washer dryer, dishwasher, fully fitted kitchen etc. the staff were very friendly and the overnight parking was only £9 per night which is really good for manchester. i would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

I'd wanted to stop here for a while when visiting manchester, so as the aparments i usually book were full thought i'd give it a try, i was very disappointed, tired, smelly rooms, badly laid out, small apartments. had to be moved from the first one they gave us due to a horrendous smell of rotting vegtables...? beds are old, quilts are thin, carpets and laminate floors very worn,this is not what i expect from a four star. i have stayed in far nicer for far less money and would not recommend the place to anyone and won't be going back

The place apartment hotel looks the part inside, very nice decor and reception staff were friendly and helpful. the apartment we stayed in was a 1 bed apartment, which had bedroom (obviously) bathroom (bath with shower over), living room/diner, kitchen. the bedroom was compact with not much room to manouvre around the bed. the kitchen was modern, all appliances (cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer) were clean and all easy tro use. an ironing board, iron and a fan were already in the apartment. i really enjoyed being in the apartment, it made a nice change to sitting in a hotel room. and it was quite homely. location was close to picadilly train station, shops and a very short taxi ride away to clubs/pubs. i think our taxi at 9pm from hotel to printworks was approx £4.50. downside to the hotel was the breakfast - disappointing to say the least. we decided to order breakfast to our room by completing the form that was in our room and hanging it on our apartment door before 2am. we asked for the breakfast to be delivered between 10.15-10.30am - bearing in mind checkout is generally 11am. the breakfast didnt come until gone 11am (after we rang down twice). it was stone cold. they had missed at least 4 things from what we had ordered. not impressed. overall though, i would definetly go again, but would bypass the breakfast.

The place is right next door to picadilly station, so handy for getting around the city. my apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped - a little too well for a one night stay! if you are going away for a few days, it would be ideal. quite pricey - didn't incluse breakfast, which set me back an extra £12.95.

The hotel was fabulous, we could not believe the size of the apartment and how well equipped it was. we will be returning in the near future and a family member will receive a voucher for their christmas present.
