The palms is nice but not on the strip and discontinued there shuttle to the strip the room is nice but the bathroom had no vents to prevent steam and unpleasant smells to take over the bathroom. the light for the bathroom was outside the door, so late night runs to the bathroom wakes up everyone sensitive to light. nothing more then a regular hotel room with no signature to it.

I checked into the hotel at 4, but by 7:22 pm i still hadn't received my call saying my room was ready. how ridiculous is that? i had 4 tired little kids with me and they were dying to go somewhere to relax and lie down. i ended up going to the rio and staying there for the night. how is it that it takes them from 11 am (their checkout time) to after up to get the rooms ready? it was the weekend and you know they have more staff working on the weekends than week days. and when i called the front desk to just cancel my reservation the guy got all snooty with me and hung up on me. how rude.
