I was a returning customer, but my last stay was not good. i was proposed first bedroom, from my window i had partly a blind wall and a building under construction. i asked to change, and i was put in a bedroom with old windows, where the cold was coming in, not double-glazed windows, and the bedroo was the size of a closet.... at the reception, no one was responsible.... even though i was up to now a regular customer... staff not friendly except for breakfast.

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la grande oxford street, séjour agréable, personnel très sympathique. un peu déçue par la prestation de la chambre, trop petite à mon goût pour une "supérior room". toutefois la vue du 7ème étage était intéressante.

It is certainly the perfect hotel in a great location,close enough to oxford high st for that morning shopping but perfectly located on marlybone high street for when oxford street is too much with lovely shops such as the white co, spacenk, fresh, aveda and many more....great to people watch at the weekends

L'hotel est agréable, sa situation centrale parfaite. beaucoup de personnel qui change, moyennement efficace. j'ai eu un problème de chauffage et il n'y avait plus de chauffage d'appoint à disposition.
