Silken diagonal is a nice design hotel, however, in our room some designfeatures were damaged. the toilet-door wouldn't close due to waterdamage in the bathroom... the service at the reception and in the restaurant wasn't very friendly (the restaurant had a michellin-recommendation, but i don't think that's worth it!). at the pool there were only 7 sunbeds: way to few for a hotel with 240 room! overall a nice hotel in a quiet area, close to subway and tram.

Great stay, good location right next to a really good mall. good breakfast. tram station and subway station close by. walking distance to la sagrada. unfortunately som of the highly-designed construcion material is of poor quality e.g. chipboard instead of solid wood, which makes pat of the surface in the rooms already worn.

Very cool, funky hotel, a novelty to stay in. location slightly out of it but easy access into the centre via tram & metro just outside hotel. mini bar reasonable, drinks on roof terrace slightly steep. breakfast fantastic!
