Good location close to the centre with easy access to public transport. unfortunately we had a few issues with our air conditioning not working, a broken toilet seat and a door that wouldn't unlock with our key. this was disappointing but the hotel did arrange for these to be fixed quickly, including the manager attending at midnight.

Stayed at this hotel before but over the years it has deteriorated. now that at the end of this year, half of this hotel will be turned into an home for the elderly, it seems like the management is not focused anymore in the upkeep of this hotel. it is a pity though!

Hotel in posizione strategica, lontano dalla troppa confusione ma comodo sia per raggiungere sia i posti di mare più belli che per la vita notturna. un po' datato pulito nella media, insomma buon rapporto qualità prezzo....sono un po' inglesi....

Prezzo ottimo personale gentile qualcuno parla anche italiano buona posizione peccato che le camere sono scarne e hanno a disposizione solo le saponette, abbiamo dovuto comprarci il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo

Buona posizione, ottimo prezzo, personale gentile. hotel presumibilmente in fase di ammodernamento, la nostra camera era un pò vecchiotta, mentre altre parti dell'hotel erano gradevoli.... la colazione a buffet non era male, c'era di tutto.

We we're staying there for 1 week in economic variant room , when you look at the price it was very nice time, but looking from the point of hotel's standard it is rather poor. rooms and furniture are dingy, room service is poor (look at the attached photos of my slippers after few hours in that room ). breakfast was not so bad, there was good variety of food like muesli,meats,cheese,vegetable, different bread but to be honest everything was tasteless or strange in taste , for example artificial juice, and even tea, but you cannot say that you will leave breakfast with empty stomach . location was good, close to bus station, many shops and restaurant, as well as to the sea. also there wasn't any free wifi zone in the hotel, you had to go to restaurants or other areas .

Very cheap and kind hotel in center of burgibba. everything fine for me. but it's silly that the wi-fi (internet) is not for free. in world of communication where people need to share , look for information how is it possible to pay for internet and so expensive. this is wrong and should be changed. the standard of hotel goes poor if it's going to be like that

Appena entrata nella stanza (grande e graziosa) ho visto una scarafaggio gigante uscire dal bagno.... ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi è stato detto che avendo prenotato una stanza economica dovevo accontentarmi di quelle al secondo piano dove (sembra) gli scarafaggi passeggiano abitualmente.... dopo diverse discussioni sono passata ad un piano alto.... ma questo contrattempo non ha certo reso piacevole la mia vacanza... anche perchè la sala colazione era al piano seminterrato e viste le abitudini degli scarafaggi locali .... chissà se le nostre colazioni sono state visitate anche da loro????

Se si considera l'albergo solo come punto pernottamento allora ok, se cercate pulizia e riordino delle camere allora no.
