Great hotel, the rooms are just how they look on the internet small but luxurious ,quiet and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in.only complaint no view out of the window so had to go downstairs to check out the weather but not a problem.the reception staff were exceptional very polite and helpful. the hotel is in an excellent position right in the middle of the best shopping area across from macys and only 5 mins walk from the bart transport.i would highly recommend this hotel and if i return to san francisco i would definately stay there again.
