Deluso-disappointed

Albergo normale, colazione ok, camerieri ok: questi gli unici elementi salvati. camera gelida, abbiamo dovuto usare la seconda coperta. la "sorpresa" finale è stato il pagamento del parcheggio interno non segnalato da nessuna parte e il receptionist ovviamente non si era degnato di avvisarci che era a pagamento se non a fine soggiorno. io ovviamente ho pagato quanto dovuto, ma gli ho fatto notare che non era assolutamente corretto perchè a quel punto potevano "spararmi" qualsiasi cifra (per la cronaca 12 euro al giorno), quindi su 130€ per 2 giorni avrei potuto scegliere un altro hotel. ovviamente lo sconsiglio. normal hotel, breakfast ok, waiters ok: these are the only items saved. cold room, we had to use the second blanket. the "surprise" was the final payment of the parking not reported anywhere and the receptionist obviously had not bothered to inform us that it was a payment if not at end of stay. of course i paid the amount due, but i pointed out that it was not absolutely correct because at that point they could "shoot" any price ( € 12 per day), then to 130 € for 2 days i could choose another hotel . obviously do not recommend it.
