Big room with air condiction, near firenze centrale and city centre. nice staff. various breakfast, but in another building few metres away. i recommend this hotel !

Good location just outside the trainstation, and around 400 meters from il duomo; good attendance by the receptionist, that speak also portuuese and inform us very well; very old instalations, but ok if you only go to the bedroom to sleep. no internet in the bedrooms. no elevator after 22h3m

L'hotel è essenziale,pulito,adatto a chi non ha grosse pretese e il personale è gentile e disponibile. esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Echt op loopafstand van het station, je moet wel opletten want je loopt de ingang zo voorbij. verder ook erg dichtbij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals de duomo. vlakbij ook de centrale markt die leuk is om even doorheen te lopen. hotel was prima, hou er wel rekening mee dat ze geen lift hebben en de receptie op de tweede verdieping zit, het even klimmen met de koffers. wij hadden een tweepersoons kamer geboekt maar kregen een driepersoons, geen probleem natuurlijk! veel ruimte in de kamer en de badkamer was ook erg ruim. het had een bad met daarbij een handdouche. deze kon je niet ophangen en er was geen douchegordijn, dus douchen zorgde voor een natte badkamer. voor ons geen probleem omdat een bad nemen ook wel eens lekker was. hele vriendelijke mensen in het hotel. ontbijt was €5 per persoon en erg basic maar dat is vaker zo in italië. al met al een prima uitvalsbasis om twee nachten te verblijven!!

La posizione è molto comoda. vicino alla stazione e poco distante dal centro di firenze . nonostante il servizio (a pagamento) associato con un parcheggio che ti viene a prendere e riportare la macchina, consiglio andarci in treno data la zona (ztl) e i sensi unici da far impazzire. alla reception sono molto disponibili (anche se non tutti) sia per dare indicazione su come arrivare che poi in hotel. le camere sono carine ma se fossero più curate (anche come climatizzazione oltre che come interni) sarebbero meglio. non lo consiglio a chi ha problemi di deambulazione date le molte e ripide scale necessarie per accedere.

Location of the hotel is very near to the train station and other major attractions in florence . huge room and comfortable bed, quite during the night.

Room was big and clean but the washroom was poorly lit. 24 reception, staff was helpful and friendly.
