We had an awful experience! on the first morning of or stay, we tried to boil water and the socket caught fire!! one of us could have died. the heating worked intermittently, in a cold and windy london. the same with the hot water coming out of all the taps. no soap was provided; only one bathing towel per person was provided for the whole stay. and so on - apart from only one ill=fitting key to the apartment was provided
