I and my wife visited baku while staying at smith hotel. while staying at the hotel we were really surprised with the kindness of people working at the hotel. especially a lady named leyli at the reception who helped us almost with everything. considering the relatively small amount you are paying for one night, the quality of services was also great. if i go to baku again, i would definitely book this hotel again. so i would recommend this hotel to anyone...
