We stayed here for 2 nights in our stay in may 2016. the hotel service is poor in general. some of the staffs are not bothered about the guests at all. the location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to mirabell garden. the breakfast for vegetarians is not at all suitable. when i asked one of the cooks so prepare some sauted mushrooms, he replied very rudely. another lady in the restaurant did not even bother to reply. finally the manager came and got it prepared for us. overall a very average experience. the housekeeping personnel did not even change the towels and the bedsheets in spite of repeated requested. service is no where near to 5-star standards. we were shocked to see this kind of behavior in a starwood group hotel. avoid this hotel and look for better options.
