My four-night stay with as in the middle of blizzard and snow storms in kiev. the staff showed every possible effort to make my stay comfortable and easy. they pot a heater in the bed room, cleaned the room every day, and provided directions to pharmacy, grocery, and flower shop even walking outside with me. this is a solid 5 star apartment and recommend staying again
