Traveller's best friend

This hotel is like a best friend - never lets you down. sure there was a hassle with the booking voucher but the receptionist took care of that. also i was given a guest room where the previous guest had broken a bottle of eau de cologne and the whole room smelled heavily. i requested a change and actually received a room upgrade
