Hotel royal palm area är bara 3 star, absolut inte 4 star

We are a family of 5 persons, 2 adults and 3 children. we stayed in the hotel for 7 days. i want to note that the pool bar was very good, and the food in the resturant was very good. even though we had the all inclusive. the staff was very kind. but the cleaning in the room is very bad, even tough they have a schedule to clean every other day. they didn't have anyone to help with the luggage.
