An absolute gem in the heart of rome.within walking distance of most of the sights and with the most friendly and helpful staff.breakfast on the terrace even in the rain was a delight!

Poor service

This hotel is very nice however the staff are most unhelpful. very difficult to get served at the bar (no bar staff). we asked if there was an iron we could borrow, to be told 'no, and even if we did have one we'd charge you for it'. after buying some flowers we asked if the reception could have them delivered to our friend's room to be told 'no, it's not our job'. at breakfast we were repeatedly told how long we had left. there is very little choice at breakfast. thankfully we spent very little time in the hotel.

Near faultless

Very close to the colosseum and lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. excellent breakfast. clean and modern room - not big but comfortable. also quiet. the staff were very friendly and helpful. highly recommended!
