This hotel is very nice however the staff are most unhelpful. very difficult to get served at the bar (no bar staff). we asked if there was an iron we could borrow, to be told 'no, and even if we did have one we'd charge you for it'. after buying some flowers we asked if the reception could have them delivered to our friend's room to be told 'no, it's not our job'. at breakfast we were repeatedly told how long we had left. there is very little choice at breakfast. thankfully we spent very little time in the hotel.
