Service and location was nice, but the smell in the room was strong ashtray and my eyes were swollen and full of ground in the morning. can't recommend this hotel to anyone :(

The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing in the old town, as well as the ferry terminals to get across to helsinki. it's also a bit a character hotel with it being built into the city walls. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast also had a great range, for a good start to the day. the only downside was that some of the finishes in the room are looking a bit worn.

Very pleasant attractive hotel in a convenient, central but quiet location. the staff were friendly and very helpful. there was every facility we needed, the rooms were clean and bathroom facilities very good. the breakfast was very good in good surroundings. we hope to return one day and would certainly recommend you to our friends. thank you
