The hotel, though 5 stars, doesn't fulfill at all the standards of a 5 stars hotel. the service in the restaurants, the quality of services at the reception are just appalling. the hotel is especially made for libyan and local clientele and for seminars too. smoking is allowed in the whole hotel. that is not a place for a european to rest at. we were very disappointed.
