Rooms very clean with good facilities, but beware booking a triple room. we booked a triple room on line, expecting 3 beds in a room. checked in to find a twin room with a fold out bed, not suitable for an adult and making the room too cramped. initially got a poor response from reception staff when we queried this but when we took this concern up with the manager he was very helpful and understanding and moved us to a better room at no extra cost. good location with only 15 minute walk to main shopping centre and 10 minute walk to night life. the hotel was very popular with stag and hen parties which meant the bar area was quite rowdy during our stay.
