I got a room, cold and very noisy against the road. when you come to breakfast in the morning there was a long line of people waiting for one person to guide them to the table. i have never experience this before...no good. i was in a hurry to my meeting

Never had this before in my life: "sorry, the hotel is overbooked, we will send you to some other establishment of ours!" my colleagues stayed there, but i was "45 mins in traffic jam" away. not appreciated.

Good : it is really closed to public transportation that are buses and tube station under 30 seconds from the hotel. breakfast was good but should order the coffee or some of food to assistance. if you do not know the rule. you can not eat fully. hotel receiptionlist really kindly help me when i had trouble in the hotel. if i have chance to come london again, i will consider to stay this hotel again bad : first room was warmed but bad matris on the bed was broken that is why i had to change the room. second room was very noisy. so i request to changed other room. third roome was cold. without this problem this hotel was good for me.

Bell'albergo in zona comoda per il centro e ben servita da metro e bus. la nostra camera (king size bed) era molto spaziosa (per gli standard londinesi) e confortevole con un bagno pulito ed abbastanza grande. il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione abbondante anche se non molto varia.

We had a mini break as part of my husbands christmas present. we used the train to avoid traffic jams and the hotel is only a short walk from euston. hotel very clean, staff polite and friendly, room small as in many london hotels, especially the en suite but adequate. overall a good choice as within walking distance of the west end and oxford street for shows and shops.

Friendly staff. i liked breakfast which was included. strange thing was with the tv-set, which showed there is a welcome message, but it could not be confirmed and get rid-off. could not watch tv or even shut it down until i unplugged it from the mains.

We stayed at the grafton for four nights. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast was good with a wide variety of fresh fruit. we had an evening meal which was fabulous 3 courses and 2 glasses of wine for only £28.00 each. would defiantly recommend this hotel and the services. the location is so central to everything.

Spent an enjoyable night in this hotel.reception was efficient and friendly,room was on the fourth floor of 5 and located at the front of the building.room was nice size and nicely decorated.spotlessly clean.noisy at night due being located on a busy tottenham court road.english breakfast was excellent.room lacked shoe cleaner,shower cap,shampoo and soap attached to wall.4 star hotel should provide these as standard.found it hard to get shower cap when it was required.but ,overall an excellent hotel

The hotel is not too big and is located at the end of tottenham court road, right at the warren street underground station. that is what makes it so good. and if you don´t want to take the underground, oxford street is just a 15 min walk away! the rooms are nicely decorated and the housekeeping is doing a good job. the doors however, doesn´t close out the noice from the corridor but this is very often the case in london hotels. we had breakfast included and it was a nice buffet. but during the weekends it seems the hotel is fully booked with groups and they all come and eat at the same time. it makes it very noisy and crowded in the restaurant and unfortunately, the staff didn´t manage the situation very well. but apart from that, our stay was very enjoyable. this was the second time we stayed here and we will definately come again.

Had a lovely stay at the radisson graftan for my birthday recently, so much so that we extended our stay by another night! the organisation of breakfast was first rate (i notice these things)- there were plenty of staff covering the restaruant and food was replenished quickly when it ran out. although breakfast was served in a tiny area of the restaurant - they packed in a great selection of hot and cold items, i was really impressed. our family room was huge and had a wet room with double shower - i want one at home!!! hotel was clean, quiet and all the staff we met were pleasant and polite. price was excellent via hotelsclick for central london, the tube station(warren st)is literally across the road - perfect for anyone travelling alone and not wanting to trek across half of london to get to their hotel and great for shopaholics or theatregoers alike as it is within easy reach of theatreland and oxford street even on foot, although the tube is quicker. would stay here again.

Bastante bien, el desayuno y el trato en el comedor estupendo; en recepción, el primer día un poco de desconcierto me dijero que el desayuno de mi hijo no estaba incluido, luego el último día confirmaron que estaba todo pagado. por otro lado, el domingo, cuando llegamos a las 15:00 horas para descansar un poco en la habitación no estaba limpia y, a pesar, que solicitamos que no nos molestaran, lo hicieron en tres ocasiones, así que tuvimos que dejar la habitación. asimismo, cuando llegamos ese mismo día por la noche no habían cambiado ni hecho el sofá-cama donde dormía mi hijo y las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre porque la noche anterior le sangró la nariz. en definitiva, por lo demás todo muy bien.
