Ottima posizione a 200mt dalla fermata metro. hotel nuovo con tutti i servizi. unico pecca puliscono la camera entro le 16. siamo tornati in hotel alle 15 e la camera era ancora disfatta. la signora delle pulizie ha bussato alle 16.10 mentre ero sotto la doccia e non potendo aspettare perché il suo turno èra finito ci ha lasciati la camera non pulita. non è certamente una organizzazione da hotel 4 stelle.

4 days in this hotel. lovely hotel. room heating worked well as weather outside was around 0. all staff friendly and courteous. took a while to work out the coffee maker and hot water for tea. hotel seemed full while i was there. breakfast good. centrally placed, 5-10 minutes walk from deak ferenc terrace which is where i got the 100e bus from / to the airport. will be going back so will try and book this hotel again.

Ero già stato nel 2010 da motociclista e sono tornato a colpo sicuro!! struttura efficientissima, personale preparato e molto disponibile nel risolvere tempestivamente i problemi degli ospiti. colazione internazionale per tutti i gusti; la spa e la palestra sono piccole ma molto confortevoli e non sono mai affollate. posizione centrale, si trova alle spalle del parlamento e a 100 mt dal corso di pest. ho usufruito del servizio taxi dell'hotel ed è stato più economico dei taxi gialli che girano per la città!!

The entrance hall is amazing and the recepcionists are helpful and kind. but the rooms are not as nice, many facing a wall or have a window to the hotel hall, so basicly other guests could watch you in your room. no welcoming flair and atmosphare. for christmas only a tree in the entrance hall, no decoration ( small accessoires like candles or stars or something small reminding you of christmas ) in the breakfast room, guest rooms or the rest of hotel, nowhere to find a christmas flair. very cold and disinterested atmosphare. the breakfast service is a desaster, unorganized unfriendly staff ( one or two exceptions), guests have to let the staff know that common things like black tea or eggs run out, cleaning policy is shocking, wiping of the table throwing it on the floor where the next guest step in. this is just one of many unprofessional examples. an absolute no go for a 4 star hotel. worst breakfast experience, never again!

4 days on a hotel with a standard above medium. the price was ok. breakfast normal continental. sometimes the scrambled eg and ham was cold, the reception was not in top.

Hotel situato in zona molto centrale, a parte questo è molto triste! 1) stanza standard piccolissime (ci stava giusto un letto 140x 190), in due si faceva fatica a girarsi; 2) pochi asciugamani e piccoli (niente teli doccia, nè accappatoi), 3) lenzuola pulite, ma con buchi; 4) al secondo giorno non hanno neanche sostituito il bagnoschiuma (1 in 2) finito; 5) luci della reception e auree comuni sempre spente dalle 19.30 in poi (che tristezza!); 6) terrazza panoramica chiusa nonostante il bel tempo.

The hotel is clean, the employees are friendly, yet it was much more average in my eyes than one could think after visiting the homepage. besides that quiet and well located in the 5th district in a very safe and clean area.
