Hotel in ottima posizione centrale, pulito, colazione internazionale, personale gentile e disponibile. unici nei: camere un pò troppo datate e il fatto che appena arrivati, alle 13.30 circa, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 15.00 perchè la camera non era pronta. per il resto tutto perfetto.

Hotel molto comodo, colazione buona, il personale non è particolarmente affabile, e le camere "standard" che abbiamo prenotatosi sono rivelate piccole: il letto matrimoniale in effetti era una piazza e mezza.

Perfect location near nyhavn and ströget, large and nice room. good that breakfast was included, but the breakfast room was not so nice and was underdimensioned with long queues. the content of the breakfast was ok but not top. the service level of the staff was too low, used plates etc left on the tables.

The hotel is not a good choise, i will never stay there again. the hotel rom air condition was not working and it was inpossible to sleep to hot. when we complained abotu the air condition we was moved to a rom that did not have air condition at all........, but where you could open the window and got a fan that was making a lot of noise. also the room service was not as it should have been. never book this room during may to september. also ro

Das zimmer, was wir bekommen hatten ist nicht für zwei personen ausgestattet, hauptsächlich nicht im winter! gibt's kein kleiderhaken z.b. für die mäntel, wenn es in dem kleiderschrank hängt, dann hat man keinen platz für die anderen kleidungen! gibt's kein platz für den koffer, sowohl wir sollten unsere bekleidung darin halten, weil wir nirgendswo platz dafür gehabt hatten. es ist ärgerlich, besonders bei den preisen, und es nimmt die laune weg. wir hatten ein größeres zimmer verlangt, aber es wurde gesagt, es ist der normale doppelzimmer, für einen anderen soll man noch extra daraufgezahlt werden - nicht wenig. obwohl wir mit der lage, der sauberkeit, der verpflegung zufrieden waren hatten wir das hotel mit einem bitteren geschmack verlassen!!!
