A friendly little hotel in the centre of paris

The marciano has excellent transport links with two metro stops at either end of the street, and ten minutes from gare du nord (and therefore also linked to charles de gaulle airport, cheaper than the €18 charged for a minibus, and probably more relaxing) the hotel is small (and so was our room and shower!) but the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and it was an excellent base for a long weekend exploring paris.
