Disaster due to hotelsclick scam

Hotelscliick charged me with an italian iva that clearly says in the invoice it is not applicable due to articolo 74 ter - operazioni fuori cee non imponibile i.v.a. ai sensi dell'articolo 74 ter - operazioni fuori cee. plus, the promo said `parking free of charge, and once i paid, they said it was not. i have all the screenshots and still trying to claim.
