Everything about our stay at peppers port douglas was amazing. the beautiful tropical entry to the resort set the mood for what was to come. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, you immediately started to feel at home. our room was beautiful, we booked a one bedroom suite only to find out it was one of their penthouses. the room was spacious and modern over looking the huge turquoise laggon pool. we traveled with our toddler son, the pool was perfect for small children as it had a white sand beach on one side, which was shallow and safe for little people to enjoy. everything about the resort is clean and the gardens are beautifully manicured. while it is a decent size resort, we never felt it was crowded and enjoyed lots of our own space. the location is so convenient, even with a toddler we walked everywhere. peppers is located only a block from the main street and the beach is at the back of the resort. we booked months in advance and got quite a good deal with out fully self contained penthouse suite.
