Checking in and checking out was a trip in itself. allow yourself at 30 minutes checking in and another 30 minutes checking out. and that's once you get to the counter. i booked and paid online and they charged me again once i was able to check out. first, they didn't have my reservation when i arrived. second, they turned off my room key on the second day. and when checking out they didn't even know how many days i stayed at the hotel. wow!

When i arrived to the resort i arrived at 9:00am they advised me it would be until 12:00pm i came back and then told me 1pm came back at 1pm and they told me 4pm! i came back at 2:30pm and spoke to them and instead of my room that was on the 5th floor they provided me a different room. overall customer service was horrible.

Hotel is clean and the location has a beautiful view. the hotel employees are very friendly and accommodating.
